[Step 1:] Open Microsoft Oultook XP/2002. Click on the Tools menu.
[Step 2:] Click on E-mail Accounts. If E-mail Accounts is not an option click on the downward-pointing arrows, at the bottom of the menu, to show the entire contents.

[Step 3:] Select Add a new email account. Click Next.
[Step 4:] Select POP3. Click Next.

[Step 5:] Your Name: put in your name as you'd like it to appear to others. E-mail Address: put in your email address. User Name: put in your email username, which is the first part of your email, all in lower case letters without any spaces. Example: If your email is john@argontech.net, then your username is john. Password: Put it in your password all in lower case letters without any spaces.
[Step 6:] In both Incoming mail server (POP3) and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) type in mail.argontech.net If you're connected to the internet, you may click Test Account Settings to make sure all your settings are correct. Click Next then Finish.
